- Control your emotions and be disciplined. Do only 1 or 2 trades a day as a beginner. That’s all you need to start. Period. Avoid over-trading at all costs!!!
- Cut Your losses quickly: As soon as you begin to lose money, stop the bleeding immediately!!! Cut your losses quickly to keep losses small and profits bigger. Master this alone and you could make a lot of money.
- Follow smart money: Don’t try to predict where the stock will move. Just follow smart money. If smart money is buying and the stock is going up, quickly jump in and buy it too. Then sell it fast as it goes higher. If smart money is selling and the stock is going down, jump in and short it. Then buy to cover fast as it goes down more.
